Shipping Information
Delays due to postal service and courier disruptions are outside of our control. True North Yarn Co is not responsible for any late parcel deliveries.
Canada:
All orders are shipped either as Canada Post Expedited Parcels or as UPS Standard Shipments depending on region, and a tracking number is provided at the time of shipping. Orders are processed and shipped in Barrie, Ontario, and delivery will take an average of 2 - 10 business days.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free within Canada for orders over $125.00 (pre-tax).

United States:
Effective August 26, 2025:
Unfortunately, we are not shipping to the United States at this time due to shipping changes / new US customs regulations. Hopefully we will be able to ship to you again soon!
Outside Canada
At this time our online store is unable to accept orders for shipping outside Canada. If you live outside of Canada and would like to place an order with us, please contact us at info@truenorthyarn.com and we can talk about your options!
**Most orders are shipped within 3 business days from the order date. Weekends and Holidays may affect order processing and shipping times.**
We offer a free curbside pick-up option if you live locally, are driving through Barrie, ON in the near future, or want to have a friend/family member pick it up in person. Simply select Free Curbside Pick-Up when checking out. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up! Curbside pickup is currently available Monday through Saturday, 11am - 5pm.
