Returns & Exchanges
Online Order Return - Refund Policy:
Customers who purchased online may return new, unused products within 60 days of the ship date for a refund of purchase price to the original form of payment. All items must be returned in their original form, with original packaging intact. Yarn skeins that have been requested to wind into cakes/balls are NOT refundable. Please include the original packing slip/invoice that was included in your order, along with a note of why you are returning the item. Once we have received the items in resalable condition we will issue the refund. We will notify you by email when the return is processed. Please note, shipping cost and postage is not refundable. Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked method to return ship as you are responsible for the items until we receive them.

If you receive faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return ship label will be emailed to you at no cost. The refund will be issued once we receive the defective product.
In-Store Return - Exchange Policy:
Customers who purchased in-store may exchange new, unused products in it's original unopened packaging for another items of the same value within 60 days of the original purchase date, or a gift card will be issued for the full purchase price of the product within 60 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in their original form with packaging intact, along with the original receipt. Yarn skeins that have been wound into cakes/balls are NOT exchange or returnable.
- The following items purchased in-store are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:
- Books, Leaflets & Patterns
- Needles & Hooks
- Clearance Items
- Special Orders
If you receive a faulty or defective item from one of the above Final Sale Categories please let us know. Please Note, items are not considered faulty or defective if the fault is due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations, or reasonable wear and tear.
If any of the above conditions are not met, True North Yarn Co. reserves the right to refuse the return.
We reserve the right not to resell returned merchandise.
