Price is for one circular knitting needle. 30cm/12" describes the full length of the needle, from one tip through the other tip. For circular needles to be this small the tips have to be quite short - 3" or shorter - which some knitters love, but others find untenable as they require you to use what can feel like 'just your fingertips'. Please keep this in mind when considering purchasing.
